Massimo Agostinelli has been teaching and choreographing for L'École de danse contemporaine de Montréal for over 30 years. He studied with and performed for the founders of this school Linda Rabin and the late Candace Loubert. A huge part of his artistic roots are anchored in this reputable school of contemporary dance. It is in this school where Mr. Agostinelli worked with Mesdames Loubert and Rabin as a dancer and then teacher. Shortly after he was recruited by the founders to try this edgy form of physical theater, Bouffon, on dancers. The success of that risk was an important turning point in his professional career. as he now choreographs, teaches Bouffon and contemporary dance for five Canadian dance schools, three dance troupes and for Le Cirque du Soleil because of it.
